A Note on Valuations

The values given in the tables for NRZU-Overprinted Stationery represent the authors’ opinions of current average market values. Market prices may fluctuate both above and below these values, depending on a number of factors. Many of these items are so rarely traded that the values are at best guesses, and these are so indicated in the tables by the use of italics.

Cancelled-to-order stationery should be valued as mint + 10%.
